What this is

Elexiz texts is how Elexiz LLC texts the people who ask about our software or our done-for-you marketing plans, or who use them. There are two kinds of texts, and you agree to each one separately:

  • Account and enquiry texts: replies to your enquiry, call and demo reminders, account and support messages.
  • Marketing texts: occasional product news and offers, only if you tick the separate, optional box.
  • How often: message frequency varies.
  • Cost: message and data rates may apply.
  • Who can join: you must be 18 or older.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Where you join

You join only by typing your own mobile number into one of these forms. The notice below is shown right under the number field, before you send the form. We never text numbers we bought or found elsewhere.

By providing your phone number you agree to receive text messages from Elexiz about your account and demo — replies to your enquiry, demo and appointment reminders, and account and support updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Account and enquiry texts

  • Who gets them: people who gave us their mobile number on one of the forms above, to ask about our software or our done-for-you plans, book a call or demo, or start a trial.
  • What we send: a reply to your enquiry, confirmations and reminders for a call or demo you booked, and messages about your account and support requests.
  • How you agree: by entering your number under the notice above. A number is optional on every form.
  • How to stop: reply STOP to any text.

Demo reminder

Account

Support

Marketing texts (optional)

  • Who gets them: only people who ticked the separate box on one of the forms above. The box is never ticked for you, and leaving it empty changes nothing else.
  • What we send: occasional news about Elexiz features and offers on our software and done-for-you plans.
  • How to stop: reply STOP to any text. Stopping marketing texts never affects your account.
